Group Programs are for people who are okay with less accountability but still want the experience, structure and accountability of coaching at a more affordable cost!
How does Group Coaching work?
Ask yourself a few questions to get this journey started. What are you looking for when it comes to coaching? Are you someone who needs weekly or more accountability in order to stay to the plan? Are you needing nutrition and workout advice? Are you ready to commit your time, mental energy, and finances?
How to get started:
Find Your Group Program: Go to the “Group Coaching” tab and see when the next Group Program will begin! If a Group Program has already begun, feel free to still join in!
Purchase Your Group Program: Click on the program you’re wanting to participate in, and place your purchase.
Complete intake form: After purchasing the program, within 3-7 days of the program starting, you will receive an email from your coach with intake forms to fill out!
Complete Onboarding: Within 24 hours of receiving your intake and waiver forms, make sure to complete and send back.
Being added to the app: AFTER all forms are turned in, your coach will begin to add you into our team app!
Receive Your Program: You will be added into the group program chat the day before or the day off the program start date! You will be given macros and cardio guidance from your coach to follow. AND your workouts will be ready for you to start on the app in the calendar section!
Check In: You will check in every few weeks (this will be stated in the specific programming details) via check in from (check your app pms for this link when the time comes), and you will receive unlimited support through our private group coaching chat.
